The Chapman's Peak Drive Frequent User card features an historical Black and White image of the drive.  We are  in the process of ordering new cards and would like YOU to help us with a new photo for the cards!   Send us your Black & White picturesque moments or memories taken on Chapman's Peak Drive. Be sure to include a piece of the drive or its' structures!

Prize: A set of Double Tickets to a show of your choice to Cafe Roux Sessions at Noordhoek Farm Village.  This comes complete with dinner for 2 and a bottle of Wolftrap Wine to share!  Prize and show tickets subject to availability.

How to Enter:
Submit single B&W photos taken on Chapman's Peak Drive with your name and contact details to chapmanspeak@capepointroute.co.za. Please see competition rules below.

Contestant Rules for Photo Submission.

1. Photographs submitted must be taken on Chapman's Peak Drive and must include a piece of the drive or it's structures.   Landscapes, activities, people, plants, animals or events can be depicted as long as there is a scenic element.
2. Photographs should ideally be landscape images (horizontal size exceeds vertical size)
3. Naming the files, please include your full name: e.g Lastname_Firstname.jpg
   Please do not include any special characters
4. All submissions must be digital files submitted in JPG format. Email submissions to: chapmanspeak@capepointroute.co.za
5. Limit of 5 entries per person and entries will not be returned.
6. All images must be higher than 2MB in size, with the dimensions at least 1600 pixels in width and 1200 pixels in height. Those not meeting the size requirements will be disqualified.
7. Photographs may be in black and white or colour,  however we will be printing in grayscale or Black & White.
8. Entrants should not place borders or frames around their images, or place watermarks, signatures, dates or copyright notices on their images.
9. Entries must be received no later than 12 noon on the 15 March 2016
10. Entrants must be 18 years or older
11. Chapman's Peak Drive reserves the right to use minor digital enhancement such as cropping or filter use for display purposes, if necessary.
12. Entries that fail to comply will be disqualified.
13. The Judges decision is final
14. By Submitting your photograph to this Photo Contest, you agree to the following:
    1. Release by the Photographer
    2. You certify that you are the person who took the photograph(s) submitted here, that you own the copyrights to the Photographs, and that you have the authority to enter into this release.
    3. By registering your Photographs with Entilini Operations, you grant Entilini Operations the royalty-free and non-exclusive right to use your Photographs as follows:
       1. on the Chapman's Peak Drive website
       2. for Chapman's Peak Drive posters, brochures, and activity guides
       3. in Chapman's Peak Drive electronic emails
       4. and in other internal or external marketing materials or media coordinated by the Chapman's Peak Drive.
    4. You understand that Chapman's Peak Drive will request additional permission from you before using your Photographs for purposes other than listed above.
    5. You will give Chapman's Peak Drive all copyright information for your photograph so that Chapman's Peak Drive can include the proper credit for published Photographs, whenever possible.
